Delivery Information

UK Standard Shipping on Equipment £5.99 (only available on stocked items) 

Equipment orders will be delivered via UKMail/DPD/Royal Mail and will usually be dispatched within 5-7 days (this is dependent on the level of stock we are holding at our central warehouse and the payment clearing with us).

Goods damaged / Lost in transit

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately via phone (0 7593 425 521) or email to [email protected].  Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).

Alternative / substitute items

Where it is discovered that a product you originally ordered is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute said item to an equivalent offered from a different manufacturer.  We will always aim to contact you in the first instance to advise of the situation but this cannot be guaranteed prior to your order being dispatched.

Teamwear Shipping

Any order that contains teamwear will automatically be charged £5.99 shipping.  We aim to have all teamwear orders out and delivered within 14-18 working days.  Due to the personalised nature of these products we do ask our customers to allow up to 25 working days in busy periods.  Equipment can be shipped first to a domestic address if requested however a further £5.99 would be applied.

The AB Sports makes every effort to ensure that your goods are delivered on time and in best condition. We cannot accept liability for any packages delivered to a business or works address that could be accepted by somebody else at the location.

International Shipping

Please see the below table rate for your international shipping, all delivery times are based on stocked items only. The customer is liable for any customs and or import duty charges that may be added at the time of import. The AB Sports uses different suppliers for different locations and issue our customers with full tracking details to the point your order is shipped. These prices are for your first item ordered and will increase based on the weight/quantity of products added to the basket and will be calculated at the checkout.

Customs Duties are the buyer’s responsibility and The AB Sports is not liable for these or any costs associated with the return of any goods internationally including delivery, refunded payment costs, re-stocking costs or anything else. There may also be a re-stocking fee for items that are held in Customs for a period of more than 14 days.

 Are There Ever Extra Charges & Fees?

International orders over a certain size or weight limit will be subject to additional charges. In the case of this happening we will contact you via email. We reserve the right to do this on all orders we deem appropriate.

Requesting to deliver to a safe location

Our courier will always attempt delivery in the first instance to the shipping address specified when your order is placed. If a delivery is unsuccessful they will attempt to deliver this to your immediate neighbours where possible. 

You may request to leave your order in a leave safe location with UKMail directly. However, if your order is left in this location and subsequently lost or damaged we will be unable to provide a replacement item(s) or refund. Choosing to have an item left in a safe location may delay the receipt of your order by at least one working day.
