It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all import and customs charges for receipt of delivery of any orders to a destination country.
We do not store personal or financial information in the processes of payment, nor do we share this information with any 3rd party.
Discount/Coupon Code Disclaimer:
Discount/coupon codes must be applied at the checkout. If the code is not entered we cannot honour said discount in retrospect of an order being placed. It is the responsbility of the person purchasing the goods to ensure that any code is entered into the relevant field ahead of completing the transaction.
Only one discount/coupon code may be used per transaction.
Discount codes cannot be used during promotional events (Black Friday/Boxing Day/End of Season Sales) except the abandoned basket and welcome discount code.
Discount/coupon codes cannot be redeemed against Teamwear orders, unless otherwise stated.
Teamwear Terms & Conditions:
Any discrepencies in goods received must be reported to our customer services within 7 days of receipt of the items.
All product images and logos are for illustrative purposes only and not always indicative of the final product.
No offers can be used in conjunction with another. If required we will ask for additional payment to make up any website error.
No teamwear items can be cancelled after purchase. This includes any item personalised with a club badge, including personalised helmets.
We allow up to a 1 inch discrepancy in all garments from the sizing charts provided.
No personalised items can be returned once the tags are removed or the garment worn, this is regardless of the garment’s quality or accuracy of size/decoration. Please ensure all garments are correct before use otherwise they are non returnable or refundable.
When changing Club badges or sponsors please allow up to two working days for amendments to be live on the club store or five working days in March, April or May (peak season).

Please allow a tolerance of 2cm within garment dimensions. This includes shoulder widths, sleeve lengths and body length.
Clubs that sign with The AB Sports during the season will have all available current range products added to their club store (setting up a club store on your website is a free service that we can offer. Please ask for information if you would like to have one) and will receive all existing clubs correspondence notifying them of any range changes. Any clubs that sign from Feb 1st onwards will only have their club stores populated with products that are continuing for the subsequent season (unless specifically requested by the club contact), plus all new products as soon as they become available – please contact your Account Manager for any further information.
The AB Sports reserve the right at any time to add or withdraw any products.
International orders / Difference in price
When purchasing from overseas there may be occasions where an item(s) price is displayed differently at the checkout. Please note the final amount displayed at the checkout is the correct price for each item.
Acceptance of Order
Our contract with the customer is accepted upon dispatch of the goods from our premises and not at the point of sale on our website. This is to allow for items being out of stock or payment/website errors.

All initials will be printed as per your online order. This includes the use of capital or lower case letters. Please take special care when ordering intiials that they are correct before ordering.
We reserve the right to substitute similar garments to the garment ordered if the original garment is out of stock. Images on any presentation or website are for illustrative purposes only and actual garment may differ from the visual. All substituted garments will be from our own manufacturing unit and we will substitute from the current range. This is to fulfil outstanding orders.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all embellishments are placed in the same place on each garment it is a manual process and we work towards a 2inch tolerance level with our printing. The AB Sports accepts no liability for any slogans, sponsors or content printed on any garment. This is the responsibility of the individual and/or club and the purchaser who has the opportunity to see this before they purchase. The AB Sports in no way endorses or supports any printed badge that may be abusive to another customer, supports alcohol or tobacco companies or may cause offence to any race, gender or religion. This is solely the liability of the Cricket, Football or sports Club or the purchaser, The AB Sports merely decorates the garment as instructed.
Upon requesting removal of a teamwear club store from The AB Sports website, please allow 30-35 working days for this to take effect. It is the responsibility of the cricket club to communicate this to members. Any subsequent orders placed within the 30-35 working days after requesting removal of a teamwear store will be subject to the standard teamwear terms and conditions that surround bespoke goods. The AB Sports will not accept any liability for non-communication of the store removal to club members.
Please note that when purchasing junior playing shirts and sweaters, we recommend that you choose one size bigger than you would normally. Goods damaged / lost in transit

This option can be chosen at checkout and collected from any of our retail stores. You must bring with you photographic identification to show the Store Manager (Passport or Driving Licence) before being handed the goods. If ID is not provided
Returns Policy
At The AB Sports we try our best to offer the best service
Any custom made cricket bat purchased from The AB Sports is not-returnable unless it is damaged.
As a result of this we offer either an exchange (upon receipt of additional postage) or a refund of all goods purchased through The AB Sports (except cricket bats that have been knocked in or personalised with edging tape or a face fitted), providing they are returned to us in their original packaging and have not been used, within 14 days of delivery and that we have received written notification that a return is required.
We will always deduct our postage costs (including where an order has attracted free delivery) from any refunds relating to exchanges or refunds of none faulty and or unwanted items and are sorry but we cannot refund any postage or packaging costs and charges incurred by yourself on any such returns. You may also incur additional charges for any items which are exchanged.
Any refund relating to orders no longer required will be subject to a £5.99 deduction for our initial postage costs.
For any overseas orders that are damaged in transit and or use you must cover the cost of return postage if requested to return the
Teamwear Items should not be washed with fabric conditioner, softener and at a temperature of no more than 30 degrees to ensure no fading or damage to sponsor logos. If we deem this has been the case we shall not be liable for any kind of refund or exchange where sponsors peel from the shirt.
Items that are personalised or re-personalised by us for the customer cannot be guaranteed when the garments provided to us have already been worn or washed.
For postal items please ensure you complete and return the enclosed returns form with your item(s) and return them to us (recorded delivery is advisable as proof of postage).

Any items that are returned to us for us to ‘make good’ should be done so in mint condition, unworn, unspoiled, with no odours and with the original tags intact and still attached. Any items returned to us not in this condition will be returned to the customer in the state we receive them. In this case we will not refund any postage costs and reserve the right to collect further postage costs to send the goods back out to the customer. No additional work or ‘making good’ will be carried out on any goods regardless of faults if the goods arent returned to us in the above desribed condition.

Competition Policy
Prize winners will be chosen at random, unless specified otherwise in the Competition Notice, from all qualifying entries across our stores, social media sources and our websites. The prize winner could come from any one of these. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize per entrant will be awarded. Competition winner(s)’ names may be published by The AB Sports Cricket on
Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes are non–transferable and there is no cash alternative. The AB Sports reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. In the event that a junior or an individual with a need for smaller sized items

Where a prize may not be appropriate for a younger contestant or is only open to junior categories, the minimum or maximum age for entry will be stated in the Competition Notice and must be observed. The AB Sports reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner.
All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Gift Cards
- The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash
- No change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
- The Gift Card will expire 12 months from the date of issue
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
- Please protect this Gift Card and treat it as cash. The AB Sports cannot be held liable for Gift Cards which are lost, stolen or damaged.
- If any product purchased with a Gift Card is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be given as a gift card
- The AB Sports reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
- The AB Sports reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).

Faulty / Damaged goods:
Should you feel that you have received faulty goods then in the first instance please make contact with us either by phone to 0 7593 425 521 or email to [email protected] to advise us of the situation.
The majority of manufacturers will offer a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase on their products. We reserve the right to seek the opinion of the manufacturer if it isn’t an item manufactured by The AB Sports. Any decision on these matters is made at their discretion and is final.
Please note if we ask for a product(s) to be returned to us for inspection, repair or replacement then this cost must be covered by yourself.
Completion of the returns form does not guarantee qualification for return. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear such as water damage caused by bats being used in wet conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When we have requested for an item to be returned please include the following:
• A copy of your original receipt or
• The order number
• The original packaging if possible.
• Your delivery address, telephone number and email address
• A brief note outlining why the items are being returned
